The personal data of the Interested Party is collected from different sources, including:
Directly from the Interested Party, or from another person on behalf of the Interested Party (such as a formally authorised family member for it).

Health professionals and other medical service providers, as well as other third parties who must provide the Services to the Interested Party (for example, experts, claims managers, experts (including medical experts). The information that will be shared will be: date of evacuation or repatriation, location from and to where the patient will be evacuated or repatriated, medical conditions for which the evacuation or repatriation has been necessary and the medical needs of the patient during the Emergency. ¿Cómo accedo a mi Área Privada de Asegurado?

Para poder acceder a tu Área Privada de Asegurado primero debes registrarte.

Tú mismo elegirás la contraseña con la que acceder. Tu contraseña debe tener un mínimo de 8 caracteres. No puedes utilizar signos de puntuación ni símbolos, pero debes incluir al menos un número, una mayúscula y una minúscula.

El proceso es muy sencillo:

En el proceso de alta te hemos enviado un email con tu número de asegurado y tu número de póliza, que junto con tu fecha de nacimiento son los datos que necesitas para completar el registro. Si no dispones de ese email y ya tienes tu tarjeta de asegurado, dispones en ella de estos datos necesarios para el registro, en caso contrario, puedes enviarnos un email a servicio.cliente@cigna.com. Te responderemos con la mayor brevedad posible.

Paso 1 - Identificación: te pediremos que te identifiques introduciendo tu número de asegurado, fecha de nacimiento y número de póliza. Recuerda introducir todas las letras del número de asegurado en mayúsculas sin espacios ni guiones.

Paso 2 - Confirmación de datos: podrás confirmar y actualizar tu dirección postal y datos de contacto. Deberás introducir tu NIF/NIE/PASAPORTE que será a partir de ese momento tu usuario para acceder al área privada.

Paso 3 - Selección de contraseña: podrás elegir tu contraseña de acceso, siempre con los criterios de seguridad establecidos. Deberás elegir una clave de al menos 8 caracteres, compuesta solo por números y letras y en la que al menos debe constar un número, una mayúscula y una minúscula. No puedes utilizar signos de puntuación ni símbolos.

Si ya fuiste anteriormente asegurado de Cigna Healthcare España y ahora eres cliente nuevo a nivel particular o a través de tu nueva empresa y ya te registraste anteriormente, no tienes que registrarte de nuevo, únicamente acceder con tus claves y si no las recuerdas, puedes recuperar tu contraseña a través del enlace ¿Olvidaste tu contraseña? que encontrarás debajo de la ventana donde introduces tu contraseña para el acceso.

¿Qué es la verificación en 2 pasos?

Se trata de una capa de protección adicional que evitará que una persona malintencionada pueda acceder a tu cuenta.
Como proveedor de seguros médicos de calidad, nuestros asegurados y clientes esperan que utilicemos y protejamos cuidadosamente sus datos personales y de salud. Por la naturaleza de los servicios a los que tienes acceso, tu información personal puede contener datos especialmente sensibles como, por ejemplo, tu condición médica o estado de salud.

¿Cómo funciona la verificación en dos pasos?

El proceso es muy sencillo. Al acceder a tu área privada introduciendo tu documento de identidad y contraseña, podrás verificar tu identidad mediante dos opciones, tú eliges:

A través de email

Elige la opción email, recibirás un correo electrónico a la dirección de email que tienes vinculada con Cigna Healthcare España.
Cuando recibas el email, haz clic en el enlace de verificación o introduce el código en el apartado "Introduce tu código de verificación aquí".
Una vez verificado podrás acceder a tu área privada.

A través de SMS

Elige la opción SMS, recibirás un mensaje al teléfono móvil que tienes vinculado con Cigna Healthcare España.
En el SMS te enviamos un código que deberás de introducir en el apartado correspondiente.
Una vez verificado podrás acceder a tu área privada.

Te recordamos que la contraseña es personal e intransferible y te recomendamos que no la facilites a terceras personas.

Requisitos de la contraseña

La contraseña debe tener una longitud entre 8 y 20.
Debe incluir al menos un número, una letra minúscula y una letra mayúscula.
No puede contener caracteres especiales como $,%,@,...
No puede ser una de tus últimas 20 contreseñas anteriores.

Posibles problemas y soluciones en la verificación en 2 pasos

No recibo el email de verificación

Revisa tu bandeja de correo no deseado o spam.
Asegúrate de que el email que estás introduciendo es el que está vinculado con Cigna Healthcare España. Si tienes dudas contacta con nosotros en servicio.cliente@cigna.com.
Revisa que tienes suficiente espacio en tu bandeja de correo. En caso contrario, puedes eliminar algunos correos antiguos para liberar espacio.
Revisa el bloqueo de remitentes en tu correo electrónico, ya que puede que nuestros emails de verificación estén siendo bloqueados y por ello no los recibas.

No recibo el SMS

En la pantalla de verificación verás la opción de enviar el código de nuevo.
Asegúrate de que el teléfono móvil que estás introduciendo es el que está vinculado con Cigna Healthcare España. Si tienes dudas contacta con nosotros en servicio.cliente@cigna.com.

El enlace o código ha expirado

El enlace expira a los 30 minutos. Asegúrate de utilizarlo antes.
Si lo necesitas, puedes pedir que te enviemos un nuevo código o link a través de SMS o correo electrónico.

¿Qué tengo que hacer si cambio mi NIE por un NIF y ya estoy registrado en mi Área Privada de Asegurado con el NIE?

Cuando te registraste, se estableció tu NIE como tu usuario para acceder al área privada. Si ahora has cambiado de tipo de documento al NIF, debes comunicarlo a nuestro Servicio de Atención al Cliente para que indiquemos los pasos a seguir en la actualización de este dato en todo lo relativo a tu póliza. Puedes enviarnos un email a servicio.cliente@cigna.com

¿Cómo puedo registrarme en el Área Privada de Asegurado?

Tú mismo elegirás la contraseña con la que acceder durante el proceso de registro.

Tu contraseña debe tener un mínimo de 8 caracteres. No puedes utilizar signos de puntuación ni símbolos, pero debes incluir al menos un número, una mayúscula y una minúscula.

¿Desde qué dispositivos puedo acceder a mi Área Privada de asegurado?

Tu Área Privada de asegurado es accesible desde los navegadores web habituales en ordenadores, tablets y smartphones, pero puede que encuentres algún problema para utilizar todas las funcionalidades si estás usando una versión no actualizada de navegador web.

Para un uso óptimo de la web, te recomendamos acceder desde Google Chrome. En el caso de que utilices Internet Explorer, podrás hacer uso de esta web desde la versión 9 de dicho navegador.

Lo habitual es que los navegadores las permitan por defecto, pero si tienes problemas al utilizar tu Área Privada, podría ser que estuvieran bloqueadas. ¿Qué formato debe tener mi contraseña?

Tu contraseña debe tener un mínimo de 8 caracteres. No puedes utilizar signos de puntuación ni símbolos, pero debes incluir al menos un número, una mayúscula y una minúscula.

¿Cómo puedo recuperar mi contraseña?

Puedes recuperar tu contraseña a través del enlace ¿Olvidaste tu contraseña? que encontrarás debajo de la ventana donde introduces tu contraseña para el acceso.

Tendrás que identificarte con el documento de identidad con el que registraste y que es tu usuario de acceso a tu Área Privada de Asegurado, marcar el captcha y seleccionar continuar. Por último, debes pulsar el botón de enviar.

Te enviaremos un email con las instrucciones para reestablecer la contraseña a través de un enlace. La validez de ese enlace es de 24 horas y es de un solo uso, por lo que, si transcurrido ese plazo aun no hubieses accedido, para poder modificar la contraseña deberás de nuevo repetir el proceso y volver a generar un nuevo correo electrónico con su correspondiente enlace.

¿Qué asegurados pueden registrarse en el Área Privada de Asegurado?

Los asegurados de Cigna Healthcare España mayores de edad. Los asegurados menores de edad pueden ser gestionados desde el Área Privada de sus tutores legales, siempre que estos sean asegurados de Cigna Healthcare España y estén registrados y en la misma póliza, a través del selector de asegurado.
